Philosophy

Heritage of the land, elevated

Pal Vineyards is a premium organic wine from Punjab — the first of its kind. We do not claim a Punjabi wine tradition. We claim something rarer.

Punjab is the farming heart of India: the land of five rivers, worked by some of the most skilled cultivators on earth. Pal Vineyards applies that mastery to the world’s most demanding crop — grown without herbicides, pesticides, fungicides or synthetic fertiliser, hand-picked and hand-processed, then crafted by winemakers from France, Italy and Portugal.

The result is a small-batch, single-origin wine made for the finest tables in India, the United Kingdom and beyond.
