How we handle your information.
Pal Vineyards ("we") is a house of The Works Group. This note explains what we collect and why. For any request, email lavjit@palvineyards.com.
What we collect
Enquiries and allocation requests. When you contact us or request an allocation, we receive the details you provide — name, email, phone (if given), the wines and quantities you indicate, and your message — solely to respond and to manage the allocation list.
Basic analytics. We record anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate country derived from your connection, and clicks) to understand how the site is used. We do not store your IP address, and we honour your browser's "Do Not Track" setting. We also use Vercel's cookieless Web Analytics.
Lawful basis and retention
Enquiry and allocation data are processed on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding. Analytics are processed on the basis of legitimate interest, in anonymised form. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and for our records.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. It is stored with our infrastructure providers (Vercel and Supabase) acting on our behalf, and form submissions are transmitted securely.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time — email lavjit@palvineyards.com.
Age
This site is intended for those of legal drinking age. Your age confirmation is stored locally in your browser only.
