The House
Pal Vineyards is a house built on a conviction: that the greatest farming country on earth could produce a fine wine of its own.
We do not claim a Punjabi wine tradition, there is none. We claim something rarer: the inheritance of the land of five rivers, the skill of its cultivators, and the discipline to farm without compromise.
From the waters of the Jhelum, Chenab, Ravi, Beas and Sutlej comes some of the deepest, most generous alluvial soil on earth, ground worked since the first farmers of the Indus, long before the pyramids rose. Their descendants made it the granary of a nation. This is not a wine region; it is perhaps the greatest farming country in the world. Pal Vineyards begins there.
Every bottle is organic, grown without herbicides, pesticides, fungicides or synthetic fertiliser, hand-picked, hand-processed, and crafted by winemakers from France, Italy and Portugal. Made in small batches for the finest tables in India, the United Kingdom and beyond. Offered quietly, by allocation.
