1. About this site

This site provides information about Pal Vineyards: our wines, our estate in Punjab, and our story. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell alcohol, and no sale is made or concluded here. Where the sale, marketing or shipment of alcohol is restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, this site is not directed at you and no offer is implied.

2. Eligibility

This site is intended only for those who have reached the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. By entering, you confirm you meet that requirement.

3. Allocation requests

Submitting an allocation request through this site is an expression of interest only. It does not guarantee an allocation and does not create a contract of sale. Any eventual sale is concluded separately, directly with you, and remains subject to verification of age and to the laws of your jurisdiction. Details you submit are used as set out in our Privacy notice.

4. Intellectual property

The Pal Vineyards name, seal and marks, the photography, and the journal content on this site are the property of Pal Vineyards or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or adapt them without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use this site lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt it, misrepresent your age or identity, or extract its content for commercial use without our consent.

6. No warranties

The information on this site, including the journal, is provided for general interest and is not advice of any kind. We do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, and it is provided "as is".

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pal Vineyards is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
