Deep ruby. On the nose, rich dark fruit, plum and black cherry, threaded with subtle tobacco and warm spice. The palate is elegant and well-structured: firm, fine-grained tannins, refreshing acidity, and a long, persistent finish.
Grown under a strict low-intervention standard in the Malwa heartland and made with classical Old World technique, it is built for the table, a wine of structure and patience.
Citrine in the glass. Pronounced minerality with delicate florals; full and lively on the palate, driven by bright acidity and finished with a creamy, well-structured length.
Hand-picked at peak ripeness and handled gently in the cellar, it is the Malwa soil expressed in its freshest register.
Delicate salmon. Mineral and floral with hints of spice; expansive and deep on the palate, remarkably fresh and vibrant from first pour to finish.
A rosé of intent rather than afterthought, made the same way as its siblings: farmed without compromise, hand-processed, minimal intervention.
Each wine is released in small batches and offered without published prices. Members of the allocation list are contacted privately ahead of release, in the order they joined. Future collections will follow Punjab’s regions, Malwa first, then Majha, then Doaba.
